Overview
Throughout our over forty-year history, ASL has been providing our customers with engine overhaul services. From commencing work with military aircraft and marine engine parts, several of our customers asked if we could help with Industrial Engines they also operated. Therefore, it was a natural progression to move into the field of Industrial Gas Turbines and Overhaul/Repair. This has proved to be a commercial success with ASL working closely with our clients in Asia and South America especially.
Our complete work schedule includes Engine Dismantle, NDT Inspection, Cleaning, Individual Part Inspection, Repair, Replacement of Parts, Reassemble, Testing, Packing and Despatch. Sometimes if a complete overhaul is not required, we are able to work with you to find a solution that fits. With access to the latest repair schemes, bulletins, and modifications, we can ensure your engine meets the latest standards.
ASL are OEM approved to manufacture all manner of components and parts for steam, gas, and hydro turbines for both new and existing installations. Not only can we manufacture spare parts, but we can also offer a full manufacture and installation solution for complete hydro and wind power plants with on-site supervision services.
Offering your Plant Manager hot section parts with installation hardware, ensuring your next outage is as quick and as seamless as possible. Further to this, we can provide onsite training and experienced OEM engineers to supervise and oversee the installation, using the highest quality parts manufactured at OEM facilities.
